Tuition for 30 week Course: $888 (Monthly payment plan is an option)

30 Weeks, 120 hours
Wednesdays from 9am – 12pm
Including two overnight field trips: 9/24/11 – 9/25/11 and 4/14/12 - 4/15/12
No class on:
November 23, 2011 – Thanksgiving Break
December 21 & 28, 2011 –Winter Break
March 21, 2012 – Spring Break
Absentee Policy
Up to 4 classes may be missed over the course of the program to still receive the Local Wild and Living Food Chef Certification. Additional absences must be made up by practical application of the course information at Turtle Lake Refuge.

1st Wild Foods Overnight Trip (9-24-11/9-25/11)

Practical: A close look into the physiology of the mouth, exploration of the senses, in depth discussion of flavor combinations, cooking without a recipe, letting go and following your senses, tasting to better understand and isolate the senses
